How does a Private Network work?

A private network typically uses a firewall to restrict access and prevent unauthorized users from accessing the network. Additionally, private networks often use encryption to protect data in transit. A 5G private network consists of a local area network (LAN) that is connected to a mobile network. The LAN can be set up using wired or wireless connections and is used to connect devices within the network. In the mobile network, an LTE/5G base station provides the connectivity to the wider mobile network and the internet, if required, allowing devices within the private network to access online resources and communicate with external networks.
